Just want to play MWLL so bad! Help plz.

Im posting this in general in hopes to find a patient soul out there that can help a not so computer savey guy get this AWESOME looking game up and running on my comp. I spent the good part of 5 hours last night after watching some KoS match vids trying to get this insanely complicated process started, before fatigue over came me and I had to shut down. Now its the morning, and heres where I stand...I have all day ill my at or close by to my computer most the time, I have a freshly purchased version on Crysis Warhead from Origin online and its running at version 1.1.1.687 when sitting at main menu. From the hours of forum reading Im still only guessing thats a supporting platform??? I did DL MWLL from Desura but then botched the whole install and update process and just wiped all MWLL content and did a fresh DL this time from suggested site I found on here something Onion lol. So after this winded brought up to speed message, if anyone out there can led this newb a hand today would be much appreciated, thanks.

Also will be looking for groups or clans to join and take part in matches with.

OK, first, this may seem like a dumb question, but you have Crysis WARS installed, right? Crysis Wars is a free addon for Crysis Warhead. Blame Crytek for the ridiculously similar names.

Anyway, MWLL runs on Crysis WARS, not Warhead. I think you need Warhead installed for Wars to work, so go ahead and keep Warhead installed, and then install Wars. THEN you install MWLL to the Wars directory. Once done, you just need to load up Crysis Warhead (NOT MWLL) and join a normal Wars server with Punkbuster enabled (has a blue icon), connect so your key gets verified, then quit. Then you exit Wars and launch MWLL from the MWLL launcher. In theory, this is all you need to do to get it to work.

Ok, first of all, you need Crysis Wars, not Warhead. Crysis Wars is the Multiplayer component of Crysis Warhead. It's an independent installation. Since you bought Crysis Warhead via Origin, you simply need to download Crysis Wars now. In your Crysis Warhead purchase of your Origin account, you should see it as a separate download somewhere. Then simply go to http://www.mwlldownload.com/ and download and run the MWLL installer.

During the installation process, other issues may occur. Simply report back here, if anything went wrong.

wow guys great for the quick responses, thank you. well I found the dam Wars version lol getting it as we speak should be down in about 30 mins then from what I read I need to use my Warhead CD key when installing the Wars this should allow me to run the full wars game even off of the free trial download, or thats what the forums are saying lol. I have the MWLL set-up primed and waiting didnt want to try and re-install into Warhead file again till I found out from you guys, glad I didnt! This has gotta be one of the most difficult games  to get running, but well worth it Im a die hard mech fan all way back from being 7 yrs. old watching Battletech on Sat. mornings . Ill keep yea guys posted once the DL is completed and I progress a little more.

You should have a way to install Crysis Wars from Origin, might be slightly hidden in the "info" section of Crysis Warhead I'd think.  But yeah it uses same CDkey as Crysis Warhead.

OK, I have Crysis Wars installed and up and running. Went into the game and clicked internet game to prompt the cd-key window to pop up, it did I entered in my info and voila! Brings us to here, its says version 1.1.1.6527 at the main menu not the .6156 I have seen mentioned in other threads, does this matter? But when I clicked on internet games a second time it asked if I wanted to DL the update. I said yes and it closes the program and links me here http://www.mycrysis.com/! No update started or was anywhere to be found, they dont even mention this game on that site, its all about Crysis 2, whyyyy are there so many dead ends grrrrr. I dont want to start the MWLL install yet till I know my Crysis is solid and where it should be. This  :'(sis bumming me out! lol

Verifying CD-Key and Creating a Profile in Crysis Wars

 Connect to a PunkBuster protected server to verify your CD-Key successfully.

You'll need to install Visual C++ Redistributals according to your OS architecture, i.e. 32bit (x86) or 64bit (x64) OS.

Ok been looking on my system(which isnt even a year old and is running a LG E2360 LCD/LED monitor, with a Nvideia GeForce GTS 450) but its only saying 32 bit. I sould be able to run 64 with this newer stuff no? Do I need an update or patch for that too lol? Thanks btw for your time and me not being a computer wizz really ha.

Most people would have given up by now but you're a real Mechwarrior.

You should be able to run x64 with no issues, and it's recommended as a matter of fact.
If you have it available (which you should, but I don't have the origin version so I can't confirm) you should use it.

There is a force 64 bit option from the MWLL launcher. I run x64 exclusively. Check that and you should be good to go.

You can confirm it is running by starting up a map, hitting `, and typing r_displayInfo 1
