Dev bloopers: Mapper edition!
Case 1: TC_NeonMirage, aka Material Pathing Is For Suckers! The 0.5.6 RCs were pretty fun.
Case 2: How many ways can I fuck up TC_IvoryTower?Method 1!TC_GoldTowers, or why adjusting ToD settings for low/medium settings can suck my nuts.

Heightmap editing in photoshop can be p awesome.
Method 3!Recent playtest showed that shooting certain vehicles, such as this truck here, caused players to crash out of the game immediately. Enemy team is taking your base? Gauss the pink pickup truck and grief your way to victory!

My personal favorite, the case of the disappearing terrain, or why you should never uninstall Crysis Wars without moving the mods folder somewhere else. The .cry files used to actually edit the map had to be recovered with a file recovery program after I uninstalled Crysis Wars in an attempt to fix some other problem, forgetting that Crysis isn't like those other nice games that don't touch user-created content when you uninstall them. Unfortunately, the recovered files were a bit broken - In this case, I could work with all the objects and vegetation layers without issue, but any adjustment to the terrain itself would immediately cause the respective terrain block to entirely disappear.
Case 3: Not really a blooper, but some dev fun on TC_Inferno.Image 1 -

Image 4Some joke beta tutorial screens I threw together for the alpha. Unfortunately, our Dear Leaders do not find that these fit well with the tone of our game, so they wont be appearing for the beta release of this map.
