Low Priority: BA falling through levels
« on: August 16, 2012, 01:23:03 AM »
On any low grav environment, or one in which you can roll, you can use it to pass through the ground and enter the great void.  Exploitable if the BA is carrying the MPPC (in conjunction with jets allows them to hover/travel underground and still manage to get back up, all while harassing enemies that cannot strike back)

Relatively inconsistent, but can be replicated if you keep trying. Still unfixed so bringing it up incase it was an oversight.

I can confirm this. It happened while I was screwing around doing flips as BA.

Also on the low grav maps, BA can land on the ground on something other than their feet, if they continue to expend jump juice they won't immediately be righted up onto their feet.

This allows them to clip through the ground slightly and disappear from view, become immune to weapons fire, and on some maps will remove them from radar while below the ground plane.  They're still able to fire upon enemies while this is occurring.

Extremity and Outpost both come to mind as maps that I've experienced both sides of this behavior.

There is a high risk to fall through the map with such slide.
