Oh Rampage, i am so sorry you cant hang on to these.

I'm sure someone here can give them a good home

These books are a great read for anyone who loves BT, a collection like this is a rare chance for any collector.

I am very very tempted to snap these up myself, but since i already have most of these, they would be better going to someone who doesnt.
But i can say with some authority that these are well worth owning and reading.

My own copys of these titles are a prized collection, If you've ever thought about collecting these novels, you wont regret getting this lot.

I really would like the Phoenix saga as they're quite hard to find over here (UK) but I already know I won't be able to.

Can't display a kindle on your bookshelf...

Well technically you can, but if noone knows what's on it, it will somewhat defeat the purpose :-\

Well you can only read one book at a time anyway and the battery never goes dead in books.    ;)

I was offered a kindle reader recently. but declined
I know eventually i will have to get one, Paper publishing is on its way out, So Ebooks will eventually be the only way you can read a title.
But for now i want to collect hard copy paper books, they will eventually become antiques.

And thats something to consider with this collection, the E versions are limitless in supply, but these hard copy versions will only get rarer and more valuable

As an example

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ardath-Mayhar-Battletech-FASA-Edition-The-Sword-and-the-Dagger-1987-/300702941544?pt=US_Fiction_Books&hash=item46034ac168

And thats just one book.

So if you can snap up 36 of these for whats being asked, you got a great deal imo

Naw paper publishing is not on its way out for a multitude of reasons. Most of the people i know are still not sold on a kindle, and the ones that do have them buy paperbacks simply because they look nicer and are easier on the eyes.

As for the collection, Id love to buy it but im in the same situation as bill. Im currently buying a specialist book for something im writing thats going to cost me circa 50 euros, so after that ill be skint.

 :(

If by some miracle i acquire additional money, ill put a bet in.

New idea- would I be able to use an external hard drive to add RAM and/or improve gigahertz?
