So I've got a guy at work who wants a purpose built rig for this game, but I'm not all that familiar with it. Can anyone tell me if this is about right for running it on ultra without being too much overkill?

NOTE: THIS IS A PURPOSE BUILT, SINGLE GAME SYSTEM (hence the 64GB SSD). This guy's not really a gamer, he just wants to run IRacing on max with good performance. It's going to be hooked up via HDMI to his TV and only ever used for this one game. He also isn't using this as a personal computer.

I just want to get some feedback and see if anyone's played it and would have a good idea if this would be too much overkill to run it on ultra graphics (if it's too much, then I might as well trim the cost a little). I'm an ATi/AMD biased builder if you didn't notice. But usually I've found them to be best for budget builds and have been very happy with them.
