MW:LL vs MWO - flameless

I know I'm stretching it here a bit, but the need is such.  :-\

I need differences for the two mentioned games.

No opinions, no bias, no heresy, just hard facts please?

let me open it:

1. MWO has 3rd person view, MW:LL has none - the devs where of opinion it spoils immersion so this stays.
2. in MWO, all units share targets as if all had iC3, while in MW:LL only C3 units export targets to the whole team.
3. LRM can be locked beyond obstacles in MWO, provided any unit has direct sight on the target.
4. only charge in MW:LL is from PPCs - everything else is free of charge ;)
5. in contrast to MWO, all assets of same variant have the exact same performance all the way and all the time
6. MW:LL has no customization mech-lab for the players - all they can chose from are pre-built variants
7. in contrast to MWO, each player can replenish coolant free of charge and can 'eject' it at will and any number of times during a match.
8. Mechs can be repaired during an match in MW:LL - any number of times - provided the player scores enough points to do so.
9. Game modes are somewhat different in MW:LL than in MWO
10. in MW:LL there are MRM and few other missile types, like Arrow and Thunder bolt missiles, each having their respective ammo to buy from
11. in MW:LL there are buy-pads and repair-pads all across the maps
12. in MW:LL there are buyable tanks
13. there are also buyable (and moreover flyable) planes and VTOL craft
14. in MW:LL a lot goes on on repair-pads, but especially so on buy-pads - change several mechs over the course of a single game
15. only targets that can me rocket-fired beyond obstacles are the TAG or NARC designated ones in MW:LL
16. did i mention BA yet? there are Longinus and Elemental Battle armors in MW:LL - jump right out of your own mech in a BA suit!
17. BA in MW:LL can sport quite an array of weapons all to be bought on spawn points - the BH_MG being default equipped along the BA-SSRM2 launcher.
18. Not only there are BA in MW:LL that can fight mechs, they also have Jump-jets per default.
19. There are rumors that there (soon?) will be more than just the two BA in MW:LL, but those aren't confirmed (yet)
20. the BA can sport an BA_AC2 that is capable of dealing damage in excess of an LB-20X (DPS wise) in the sub 100m range

3. lacks the mwll way of things
4. you confused PPCs with aero mouted gauss
5. some variants have different engines (ie the rac harasser has a smaller one so it can have a second ton of ammo)
7. refilling coolant has a cbill cost
8. (destroyed arms/externals cannot be repaired)
15. merge with 3?
16. better don't mention jumping out of a mech as ba, it's non canon and only there because we didn't have time to implement different classes yet
20. false, it's the same dps calculation problem with uacs because the cooldown from the overheat bar is omitted. If you include it in the calculations you get ~260dps for the ba ac2 which is less than the 270 of the lbx
