I looked and looked but i couldnt find it.  have the devs posted what mechs will be available at the 1.0 release this winter?

The mechs that will be available for winter release are all contained on our factions page.

Just click the faction that you want and the mechs and a quick description will be there.

It's in the works. Kami is extremely busy making up random numbers compiling the facts. Once they've been forwarded to me, the factions page will be all new and shiny.

Yeah, it definitely COULD use an update. And making up random numbers is how he comes up with our weapon parameters

Of course we have design docs. Crim and Kami worked really hard to put them together. They used up like a whole box of Crayolas to do it and everything.
