Ugh...this reminds me of my programming in Scheme days.

Have you found a root case yet?
Yes - Calculate answer, pull previous call off the stack, and repeat.
No - Call the same function again, put this call on the stack, and ask "Have you found a root case yet?"

Sadistic instructor had us drawing South Park figures in recursion.  I have to admit Cartman came out looking pretty good though.  ;)

you mean, like, solid state society? eh, no, that's ghost in the shell . .
solid state disks? still a bit too expansive size-wise, but you can get smaller ones for about 200 bucks i guess . .
and you can put them into a raid array like you would usual SATA HArddrives too . .
but the performance gain ain't all that big really . . just use some 10k/rpm HDD's raided together and for the same price you will have about the same performance with vastly more storage capacity . .
SSD's in my eyes are only worth it for things like laptops or car-computers where there is much bumping around and moving parts, especially at the speed of a normal HDD, would suffer horrible damage if there were to be an accident . .
'any kind of discussion of randomness ALWAYS WILL EQUATE to being able to critically hit a mech's reactor by firing a micro beam laser while facing 80 degrees to the side, shooting the ground, which would cause a random explosion which would randomly crit his entire team's reactors which would randomly cause the server itself to explode which would randomly generate a strange quark which would randomly hit the earth and randomly randomness randomfapp the shit fapp random!'
