It is January 17th and we're opening door #48 in MWLL's release countdown advent calendar. After the dark green sawmp that we've been exploring this past week, we return to the cold ice and hot steam of Extremity for today's screenshot which is called Reinforcements have arrived. Enjoy!

what's with ALL of you people and the purple? O.o
'any kind of discussion of randomness ALWAYS WILL EQUATE to being able to critically hit a mech's reactor by firing a micro beam laser while facing 80 degrees to the side, shooting the ground, which would cause a random explosion which would randomly crit his entire team's reactors which would randomly cause the server itself to explode which would randomly generate a strange quark which would randomly hit the earth and randomly randomness randomfapp the shit fapp random!'

I like the purple sheen. I think it gives a little better contrast than say, just grey scale.

Is it a leg kill we're looking at?

Like the purple space map, the asteroid belt just makes me wish for a space-based level among that maps 3 levels (all the maps have 3 levels, right?).

If its not a completed 3 level map already, may I be bold and suggest some Dropship factories with hangers in orbit one side of the Asteroids and a Dropship parked on a large asteroid on the other, meaning BA and Armour has to be flown by VTOL over to their objectives or Armour can jump and pray :) ?

Purple is my favorite color and I happen to be a level dev, that's why  :P

Though really extremity is the only purple-ish map, with the exception of the night time in Clearcut, but that's more dark than purple like this  :D

haha extremity is sick, i love all the screens from it, including this one. Question: other than the adder, which 'mechs are involved? The one in the distance looks like a heavy or an assault being harassed by a light or medium.

Very nice indeed. I like the way the elemental gives a feeling of size to the Puma. Even light mechs are huge.

Does this map have day-night cycles?
