I wrote a program many years ago that allowed you to build a deck and then connect to another player and play online 1v1 over the internet many years ago (when the CCG was still in print).   It was pretty popular back in the day and I remember playing many games with other people that downloaded it.   I don't even know if the code for it is still around somewhere.

i think a web app is your best choice because since you don't own the rights to the original CCG the iPhone and Android app stores would likely reject the application
Play my free open source web game MiniMek - Urbie Defense!  Its "mega fun" but with mini meks!

Curious if anything ever came about from this.  I had a few packs as a kid but never had anyone interested in playing it sadly.

I've been wondering when MegaMek was going to get ported to android.  It already is Java based code.  Seems like that would make it a natural thing.  I don't have time to sit at a computer and play it, but if I could be walking down the hall at work or where ever and make a move once in a while throughout the day, it would be perfect.

Sure it felt different but so did my wife after the kids were born. A little loose but it still gets me off every time. -- Suspect
