LRM's do arc up right after launch correct?
would at least take care of things like shooting LRM's in one direction and having them hit your own mech, because there's a narc in your back attracting them . .
hmmm, maybe if you get tagged by a narc of friendly fire . . gosh i would have fun with Missle-Boats like that ^^
'any kind of discussion of randomness ALWAYS WILL EQUATE to being able to critically hit a mech's reactor by firing a micro beam laser while facing 80 degrees to the side, shooting the ground, which would cause a random explosion which would randomly crit his entire team's reactors which would randomly cause the server itself to explode which would randomly generate a strange quark which would randomly hit the earth and randomly randomness randomfapp the shit fapp random!'

Check the video again.  LRM's have actual flight characteristics (including an initial upward lift), so they can't just do instant 180's and hit you in the face.

depends on what way they arc doesn't it? *grins*
arc up, okay, fine . .
but what if there's a narc stuck on the butt of your mech they wanna follow?
are they going to arc up more and do a looping so they can hit you in the ass?
or are they going to arc down and to the side to accomplish that same target?
if the latter is the case, i'd say damn straight you can hit yourself with them O.o
and how tight would the turning radius be on these missles anyway?

Significant amount of gameplay footage and screenshots available showing LRM maneuverability.  Anything more descriptive than that is best saved for first-hand experience, as you're probably not going to get a "degrees per second" answer.
