Started to play Crysis agian for the umptenth time the other day and still find the game addictive.

I play on delta and it sends shivers down my spine on onslaught after you have taken the harbor and the Heavy VTOLS fly in overhead, the scene is just awesome  :)

The section after that with the tank battle is one of my favorite peices in Crysis driving a tank across rolling plains with aircraft over head and troops on the ground hitting u with RPG's, smoke and explosions all around.. and some of the most atmoshereic music ive heard in any game :D

Also i think the tank section in Crysis gives more idea of how MW:LL will be than anything :)

Anyone who doesnt like crysis to my mind hasnt really played the game.. stick it on delta and get ready for a roller coaster ride  8)

I have been playing Crysis again and agree it is addicting. I was multiplaying on power struggle and getting practice. Looks very pretty.

Anyone else playing? Would love to meet up in there. Let me know name and server. I dont remember which I play on ATM.

Crysis Warhead and Crysis Wars are *not* Crysis 2. Warhead is a standalone add-on for Crysis. Crysis Wars, the multiplayer component of Crysis Warhead, isn't different from multiplayer in the original Crysis - even though there are quite a few smaller maps in it.

hmm, will it use any tweaks from warhead to increase performance? I get better FPS on warhead.  ;D

Unfortunately not, but we'll be releasing MWLL on Crysis Wars as well at some point.

Ok I'm sorry but I'm really confused. Is Crysis wars just another part of warhead or what? I heard somewhere that MWLL would be released on only Crysis for the beta and then on Warhead also for the final release, but then i hear from people that it will be on Crysis wars which I'm not quite sure what that is... What should i buy would be the short of what I am trying to ask, Crysis (period) or Crysis Warhead?

Sorry for my ignorance  :-\

Crysis Wars, the multiplayer component of Crysis Warhead,

MWLL will be released on Crysis and Crysis Wars as there is no SDK for Crysis Warhead. Crysis Warhead and Wars are part of the same package: Warhead is the storybased singleplayer component, Wars is the multiplayer component. You can't get one without the other.
May should see the release of Crysis Maximum Edition which holds both, Crysis and Crysis Warhead/Wars, but if you'd prefer not to spend that much money, get Warhead/Wars.

Ok thank you for clearing that up, i will probably end up just getting warhead/wars. Of course why would i spend the extra money to get both if i just want it for Living Legends  :P

Edit: I got both now and am currently playing crysis online (not wars) on the TLL Matchbox server

honestly, i'd recommend both.

crysis is great in and of itself, warhead was shorter but more focused, also had a better story IMO.  Wars has some better multi i think but i really miss the locational damage on the vehicles, it was replaced with weakspot grills and poppable tires
Wherever mechs are needed, I am there

I was very pleased with the improvements made in Warhead ... although i had to get used to NOT bending over and picking up ammo. I love both campains will probably paly them for some time.  I like that they got rid of all the different control setup for each vehicle type. They made a lot of nice small GUI changes.  There are also some excellent community campaigns made as well.
