I thought the limit in Crysis was 100 meters per second, not 100 kph. Anyway, I'd say stop worrying about the speed until you see it ingame, I'm sure everything's done for a reason.

Probably. Actually everything is done for a reason.

your using the wrong measurement system that might be why. (100 m/h=161 km/h)

if one hundred meters per hour equals 161 kilometers per hour . . something is wrong with physics and mathmatics O.o
'any kind of discussion of randomness ALWAYS WILL EQUATE to being able to critically hit a mech's reactor by firing a micro beam laser while facing 80 degrees to the side, shooting the ground, which would cause a random explosion which would randomly crit his entire team's reactors which would randomly cause the server itself to explode which would randomly generate a strange quark which would randomly hit the earth and randomly randomness randomfapp the shit fapp random!'

Miles per hour, not meters per hour.

Yeah the max any object is allowed to move in Crysis IS 1000 METERS per Second.

100 m/s = 360 kph = 223.693629 mph.

Also alot of those numbers were hacked down from their original values due to the worry of not being able to reach their stride from the scale we were trying to obtain. With the scale figured out, we can actually make the speeds with relative ease since the Mech legs are really long. As AoP said, the Vehicle section of the site is very out of date, but prolly won't be updated until our numbers are final.

I think Stahlseele was working from the fact that m is the 'symbol' for meters, while M or MPH is miles per hour.  Lots of bad english and really horrible math on this forum, so confusion and arguments will ensue.

ps - Suddenly, over the past week only, I keep having to log in every time I come to these forums.  I wonder if it's a preview of glitches working up in the php coding?  Oh, and also, while I'm on the topic of glitches, instead of using topicseen.new#new when reply emails are sent out, why not use the actual number of the new post like every other forum in the world, so I don't always end up at the top of a page, having to find the new post, rather than being at the new post automatically?

No changes have been made to the source code in weeks.

Ask the guy who created the theme?

Hmmm, for the first part, maybe I just need to clear cookies, which I'm not likely to do considering the number of boards, usernames, and passwords involved.  For the second part, I think I'll do that, though I thought emails are sent from the base coding, not the theme?

AoP, go ahead and click on SMFers at the bottom where it says Theme created by SMFers, and see what you get?
