Like that little elemental trying to light up that Awesome. Especially the idea that it looks like decent weapon he is using not just a pea shooter bouncing off the back. You go son!

Soooo, what are the odds, any realm of possibility that elemental has enough fire power to stay on his back side and take out a leg or an arm, or do any kind of noticeable damage if he unloads everything he's got?

This Awesome variant has 3 PPCs and 1 large laser if I'm not mistaken, it's totally not armed to fight a small and agile target like an Elemental or, in SolarisArena mode, maybe a Longinus.
In other words: yes, a dedicated trooper in this suit means serious trouble for the Awesome if he doesn't get support or manages to get out of range.

I wonder how hot that mech runs shooting all those PPC's on a map like that?

The map looks pretty darn warm  :D    I think it would be perfect for AC's and such

could he not just . . i dunno . . jump onto the back of the mech and pry it open? O.o
'any kind of discussion of randomness ALWAYS WILL EQUATE to being able to critically hit a mech's reactor by firing a micro beam laser while facing 80 degrees to the side, shooting the ground, which would cause a random explosion which would randomly crit his entire team's reactors which would randomly cause the server itself to explode which would randomly generate a strange quark which would randomly hit the earth and randomly randomness randomfapp the shit fapp random!'

Ok the actual quote is "Come back here and take whats coming to ya...... I'll bite yer legs off."

See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dhRUe-gz690

And I can't wait to find a something big and clumsy that's totally unprepared to fight an elemental just so I can sloooowwwwwly tear it apart.

This is great, I think it adds a whole new dynamic to playing this game, Thanks AoP
