It is April 4th and MWLL is opening door #125 in its release countdown calendar. The team would like to celebrate this huge number with an extended media release: 4 screenshots are behing revealed: panorama views of SA_Frostbite and ToA_Scorched as well as a combat scene on SA_Marshes and an Elemental who's watching an SRM passing by on ToA_ClearCut. Enjoy!

1st post, 5 points and I want a mech named after me  :P

Awsome guys.  I especially like the detail on the MRM, much better then the pixel covered by bright lights like I'm used to. Scorched looks badass as well.

Yowsa!

Maps are looking well balanced and engaing.

Scorched looks good for "Poptarts"

From the Dropship it looks like if you stick around too long on SA_Marshes your mech will start to mold over.

I zoomed in on SA_Frostbite and found this picture at the top of the slope, you guys are just too crazy...

Did i miss something important?
4 Pictures at once? o.O
'any kind of discussion of randomness ALWAYS WILL EQUATE to being able to critically hit a mech's reactor by firing a micro beam laser while facing 80 degrees to the side, shooting the ground, which would cause a random explosion which would randomly crit his entire team's reactors which would randomly cause the server itself to explode which would randomly generate a strange quark which would randomly hit the earth and randomly randomness randomfapp the shit fapp random!'

Cool. The missile looks kinda fat...like it will make a big messy explosion when it hits. What is that specifically?

On the Frostbite panorama, on the right hand side, above the buildings, against the last row of hills, there is a series of vertical lines that look like spot lights shining upwards. I count about 14 of them. What is that?

As the description says: it's simply an SRM.

Graphics errors. The visual range on that map is set to be shorter than what the panorama screenshot function attempts to make visible.

Frostbite looks like a very good map to have Jump jets. Is there any major difference between Extremity and Scorched? Cause they look almost the same. I like Scorched better.

Interesting observation. Actually never heard that before from the people who played it.

I Can Haz Beta Now Plz?

This is really just too amazing. This mod has actually gotten me back into CBT in the meantime, and that helps soothe the craving.

But these screenshots are making me foam at the mouth!!!!  ;D

All these pretty screenshots reinforce my fear of horrible framerates though, the maps\models are huge, and the action is so intense, Ill play this on low if I have to though!

Scorched is more about blasted black rock terraces and it's more open ended, and it's ToA.

These maps are all very beautiful as landscapes but none of them strike me as a place you'd want to fight a battle in general.  Are there any maps with large open spaces, maneuvering room, clear field of fire and so on?
The key is to obscure your intentions and make them unpredictable to your opponent while you simultaneously clarify his intentions. That is, operate at a faster tempo to generate rapidly changing conditions that inhibit your opponent from adapting or reacting to those changes and that suppress or destroy his awareness. Thus, a hodgepodge of confusion and disorder occur to cause him to over- or under-react to conditions or activities that appear to be uncertain, ambiguous, or incomprehensible.

I would imagine Sandblasted will be like that, if memory of the screenshots serves me right.  Maybe we need a SaltFlats map, lol.  Then everyone can be aero bait.

Wow... that dropship has been there for months. Is there a meth-lab going on in there?
