I have tp agree that I would prefer a more "tactical" feeling to the game then a arcadish feel.  I also think we should come up with some sort of new innovative squad and communications system.  What I do not know.

from what i understand, this is set in 2065, by then we would have a sniper rifle/gpmg that can pierce armor. We already havea  sniper rifle that can penetrate some armor :)
As far as run speed goes, these guys are supersoldiers, thats how it was explained to me anyway lol

Yeah same here, the only reason i'd really want to slow down the movement abit would be mostly to keep squads together longer. Even playin on Teamspeak with a bunch of clanmates we still find we get broken up kind of all over the place not because we don't want to play as a team but because one minute you're fighting beside your buddy the next your knife running your ass off somewhere else.

The mod is actually set 3050 so yeah maybe they have handheld weapons that penetrate armor...but they've also probobly developed better armor by that time ;)

Then how come rockets take longer to kill a tank than 2 GPMGs? With your upgrades on weapons train of thought, wouldn't rockets be stronger too?  ???

Nope I completly agree with you on this, yes a rocket should be able to disable armor with one hit, if not destroy it. I was just trying to argue the point on the sniper/gpmg :)
and i was actually talking about ET:QW being 2065 :)

Yeah i actually realized that after re-reading your post...sorry bout that.

The only thing that always annoys me about the GPMG and Sniper weapons still doing damage to armor is that in all honesty when i fly the tormentor the only thing that EVER kills me is a damn sniper rifle...7 shots to take down a plane?!? IMO thats a little wanky other than that it doesnt really kill the gameplay...but i would like to see some changes in our release. :D
