I don't know if its planned but couldn't a mech rip up a tree and use it like a club?  I think that would be fun at least one or twice.

Will there be valet parking at the bases for when I decide to drive my tank back to the base and buy a mech instead?

I think that would be fun at least three times.

yeah save it until it goes pop (or a catapult dramatically asplodes it and walks off in an epic fashion :P ) and buy your mech when the tanks dead, more bang for your buck and more buck for whoever you make go bang ;D

lol my sentiments exactly. Plus sometimes it'll be better to have a few tanks rather then just another light mech! lol
