How do you open the file http://www.mektek.net/mekpak/shellmt.dll?

I try opening it but it says "You are attempting to open a file of type 'Application Extension"(.dll) These files are used by the operating systems and by various programs. Editing or modifying them could damage your system. If you still want to open the file, click Open With, otherwise click Cancel. Please help if you know what to do.

You should not have to open the shellmt.dll file for any reason.  Save it to your main mercs directory and overwrite the old one.  What is the exact problem your having with mercs?  Try and be as specific as you can be.
