What Time are the weekly updates due?

Every time someone asks about the next weekly Update, AoP delays it a day.... and Kamikaze kills a kitten.

As irritating as it is to wait for them not knowing on which day they will come, I acknowledge the effort to make them in the first place. Well, it cannot be helped, except for hammering the F5 key, of course

There is no specific time as to when each update will be released.
They are released roughly one week from the prior update.
