Forum sig's
« on: July 08, 2009, 09:52:06 PM »
Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone out there is really good at making forum sigs. I'm not really the artistic type, nor do I have the knowledge on how to create them.

I got some cool ideas though, and would really appreciate it if someone could be help me out. There will be compensation   ;D

Edit: I'm not too sure if this thread is in the right topic, if it isnt then please move it (off topic forum?)

If you wanted to make your own, you could download Paint.net for your photo program.  It's not Photoshop, but it's for free and is easy to play around with and learn.  And all things considered, it does very well for generic stuff, like my sig below.

Believing in a political party is not a sign of a person's intelligence, just his willingness to be led about by the nose.
Individual conviction and decisive actions are the signs of true intelligence.

Fire Emblem is sweeet, but i must admit i didnt know they did a (bad) TV show for it.
All of my posts are of my personal opinions unless obviously otherwise.

I suggest if you get real into start building a photo library for source photos, a good place to start for battletech is WarhammerPPC.

Also i suggest you go to Deviantart.com to find a good source of basic pictures and Tutorials. Also if you look at my favorites i have many good pictures favorited by the good artist on the sight (But never take credit for making something when you use other people pictures though...)

GL on your photo-manipulation quest!

I agree. Be more specific, and you might get lucky.

Yeah I wouldnt take credit for anothers work, I know all about plaguerism. I'll try to take a look at these programs

But yeah, you see.. the thing I want is really kind of strange, its pretty unique. You all might laugh so hard but this is what I want: A picture of link, but holding an uzi instead of a sword, with those ghetto hoodie symbols over his tunic instead of the green (you know what im talking about, like those gangster hoodie designs). And all the kokiri children around link looking scared. With large mushrooms in the background.
