Keys, yeah, it's photoshopped. I learned that "Bullshot" is a mix of "bullshit" and "screenshot" and usualy refers to digitally altered promotional screenshots as they're common in the gaming industry these days.
Kami, if you enlarge the pic to maximum, you'll see a guy on the left of that shot and he only has half a body. Obviously, somebody has been using a cloning tool or something in PS and wiped out half of that guy.
