1.21 Hotfix Issues

I searched and couldn't find a topic related to this, and I searched on the Crytek forums and nothing was answered:

I am trying to install the Crysis patch 1.21 hotfix. Everytime I try to run it, it opens up Paintshop Pro and says: This is not a valid MSP file.

I am running Vista 64 Ultimate.

Try re-downloading it? and did u try to open it up with Paintshop?

I re-downloaded it from several different sites, including Crytek's official site. I tried openning it up with Paintshop Pro, but it won't open, says it's not a valid MSP file. I uninstalled Paintshop Pro (just for shits and grins) and it opens up the "Use the Webservice Locator Program to find the program to open your .MSP file"

So, it still won't open. But, in properties it clearly shows it as an .exe file. Is there some way to run it through another program as an .exe?
