I looks like this Mod is useless to anyone but experienced Beta testers with a very high degree of technical expertise.  Guess I will have to wait for the final release.  Maybe another two or three years.

Rubbish, this is my first beta mod and I'm not to technically expereinced to install its rather simple.

Crysis patched to 1.21 then extract the mod into Programfiles86/ElectronicArts/Crytech/Crysis then extract the hot fix to the same spot and yes to all and DONE.

If your running steam version don't worry about patch's just extract the mod and hotfix and use the MWLL launcher.exe to start it as it will not load from Crysis mods main menu.

Then copy this actionmap where it needs to go not that I have done that but it still works for me and all my clan mates.

I have now put the Actionmaps file in as it stops it from constantly crashing and getting kicked off my own clan server.

I downloaded the "Mwll"

I replaced action maps for both default and Mr.fine (in profiles), but i foolishly forgot to back up the originals.

I put the "Mods" folder into the "Crysis" folder.

But when i try to start up MW with the "MWLL Launcher" found in the "Mods" folder i get a error," To run this application, you first must install one of the fallowing versions of the .Net framework:  V2.0.50727".

How can i fix this?

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!

In order to get yourself up to date with the latest key commands to access all the functionality you want, you will have to grab them from the latest XML file provided in the MWLL BETA v.1.0 archive entitled.

1) Beta Testers - after installation, copy the file "example_actionmaps_for_joystick.xml" (EVEN IF YOU DONT USE JOYSTICK)

2) Paste this file to your Crysis profile found in - My Documents\My Games\Crysis\Profiles

3) You will have to paste to both profiles (if you have another one besides the default Crysis)

ensure you do this in both the default and YOUR PROFILE directory
My Documents\My Games\Crysis\Profiles\default\actionmaps.xml
My Documents\My Games\Crysis\Profiles\Criminal\actionmaps.xml

4) Finally delete your old "actionmaps.xml" and rename the copied "example_actionmaps_for_joystick.xml" to "actionmaps.xml"

it would be nice that the beta release as well as the patches included this file  "example_actionmaps_for_joystick.xml" to replace the said file in Crysis. But they dont.. I'm not the developer of this game so I cannot write this file. Where can I obtain this file?

It's funny, but the original beta release does includes said file.

It's in the archive, the path to it is: \mods\mwll\example_actionmaps_for_joystick.xml

Honestly I've been running windows 7 ultimate x64 since before the release, and I've had no other major issues than my XP SP3 partition on the same PC - I mainly use the win 7 partition for everything now, except for mechwarrior 2, descent, and other old games that is. The built in 'Windows XP Mode' works well, but certian drivers dont work right, same thing like in virtual machine. So I use Xp for testing really. I havn't played MWLL that often on the XP partition, so I can't vouge for crashes or anyhting

I can, however, say that I've tried DX10 and DX9 on the WIN 7 x64 partition, and the difference doesn't really seem to be more/less glitchy, but just a gain in FPS from DX10 to DX9 - with my benchmark testing i've done, it seems that I get an average of 8fps more with DX9.

My system specs:
Intel DX58SO mobo
Intel Core i7 920(bloomfield) @ 3.21ghz (1.2v)
3x 1gb OCZ Platinum @ 666mhz. @ 7,7,7,14(1T) (1.65v)
BFG GTX 260 (65nm) w/896mb ram
