I made a post about this in the beta forums, but incase you dont check that

I did find a solution for anyone else who is stuck with this sort of issue, Heres EXACTLY what I did..
(Never played Crysis Multiplayer, I think thats part of the issue)

#1 Created a new gamespy login at Gamespy.com (This may not be necessary)
#2 Make sure you can log in and out of this profile on gamespy.com, after checking it works log off of your account on gamespy
#3 Went in to regular Crysis (This is after everything was patched to 2.12 and mod was installed + working)
#4 Go to online multiplayer, click on create new account (this is in game)
#5 Enter the same information you did at gamespy.com (Same account name, Password, etc.)
#6 You then should be able to log in to mulitplayer on Crysis
#7 Close Crysis and open up MWLL
#8 Now try to log into MWLL multiplayer with the same information (if it doesnt work try the new account button and enter the same info)
#9 Play MWLL!

This worked for me, hope it works for everyone else with this problem, see you online!  ;D

Something similar to Ozo's idea finally worked for me, though I hadta figure it out on my own as well as all the other remedies didnt' fix it. Only difference is I used Crysis Wars to create me account, but either way, MWLL is completely incapable of creating a account in the system it uses to play for those of us new to Crysis.

I think I've tried absolutely everything anyone has suggested and nothing has worked.

Edit: My brother made an account for me and it appears to be working.

Tried all the above and it all failed. Then I tried a new account with a different Email address, still failed.

Why would anyone want to integrate Gamespy into there game? I Avoid it now like the plague.

I got it to work by loading my Crysis multi profile in Crysis....exiting loading mwll, loading the same profile, logged in...it worked good then.

I did this last night but it only worked once. AFter I disconntected I couldn't log back in.  If you're still having problems, try loading your Crysis profile like BlueOrb suggested. I did, now I can login everytime in both Crysis multiplayer and MWLL.
