The crash happens often when I try to log in so that I can play on line. If I manage to get past the log in then it will crash while I am in game only if I press esc and open the menu. I am not sure what would happen on a map change. Another thing is after the game has crashed there is no hope of playing it again until I restart my comp.

Game crashes at random points on the map marshes making it impossible to enjoy a game on this map. Every other map works fine. The crashes happen with any mech or vehicle unit but seem to happen more with the huit b.

I have tried the game in 32bit and 64bit mode but no change.

My system is stable and not overclocked using stress software on the GPU's and CPU the system is stable at 100% for hours and hours it never crashes. Temps get to 55oC (everything is water cooled).

most of the time when it crashes its just me trying to join a server, bar fills, up, seems its about to load into the map then windows mouse pointer pokes thru which lets me see the crash window, tho no real info on it, just tells me it crashed and needs to close (seems to happen less tho if i run the game with admin rights, but it still happens even then sometimes)

When I "return" to a mech bay, the game seems to be unable to handle going into the mech bay, it happens randomly but I visit the mech bay often.

Game loads map and hits 100% and freezes. I have been able to get into one game in about 20 tries and that game crashed me out about 10 seconds in after I started running. The game usually says Crysis has stopped working. Sometimes it will only crash attempting to connect to a server. I have tried AoP's suggestion in deleting my docs/crysis folder... it reinstalled and I fixed the profile commands as directed. Still loads the map and crashes. I am going to try to download from another mirror and see if I got a bad download. Any other ideas?

For some reason my soundcard has moved a millimeter out of the PCI slot... without soundcard the game crashes in seconds after beeing connected to the server... I found out because i was frustrated and wanted to view a DVD.... but without sound.....

Backup your Profile (move it out of the My Documents\My Games\Crysis\Profile folder) and start the game creating a new profile once loaded. It could have become corrupted.

I have the same issue. While playing on Enterprise server last evening on Marshes, I would CTD several times. Others have experienced the same effect. I have crashed using battle armour and the crash usually occurs just after leaving the hanger from the Clan base. The map is basically unplayable in its present state. Note that i have played a few games where there was no crash, but it was only when using a tank. i am running the 0.10 Beta update. This problem has been occuring since the original Beta release. I have checked my downloads and there are no corrupted files anywhere. I know several players with the same issue on this map.

After a few issues getting the game/mod to run, MWLL now freezes after choosing "Internet Game" and entering my game spy log in info. Once I hit the log-in button, I get a brief loading wheel, and then the game freezes and becomes unresponsive. I have to use task manager to close Crisis. I have been unable to get past this point.

I read issues regarding AVG, and closed it using task manager (because someone at AVG thought it was great not to give you an option to turn the program off.) This did not fix the issue. Nor did deleting the Crisis folder under my documents (I had seen this suggested in one of the install threads.) I should also note that this is a completely clean install from the main Crysis dvd from the Crysis Maximum Edition version purchased yesterday. Crysis had been patched to 2.21 as well.

It happens during the normal course of gameplay. It usually happens during combat, but I've also had it happen when just travelling to the fight and when in spectator mode. I will get a few seconds of stalling, then the typical "this program encountered a problem and needs to close" error. I've sent the report to microsoft a couple times.

I can play normally up until the crash happens.

***How often does this occur?

About once a day or once every other day, depending on how often I play. I've had it happen within an hour, but more commonly I have it happen after a few hours of either straight gameplay or over multiple sessions during the day.

Additional info: I currently have sound and shadows set to low, the rest were left at high. I previously had constant random crashes, but updated drivers fixed them. Also, I had a previous problem where tiles weren't loading when starting a game, but a combo of new drivers and defragmenting cleared 99% of it up. I still get an occasional missing shadow or tile, but they are very quickly fixed.

I click the desktop icon, and the launcher starts. I click 32 bit and it does the same as when i load crysis but it stops at the black screen and then an error message pops up saying "Crysis has stopped working and needs to close"

And that's your problem right there. You need the 1.20 Update and the 1.21 Hotfix to run this mod. Without it things like that are bound to happen.
