How do I transfer credits to a friend or team mate?

Also we have been having problems connecting to a server, two can connect fine although trying to get the third and fourth person to connect from the same IP is buggy. Any one know a solution for this?

As a Battlearmor, press Right CTRL, then your Up-Down-Left-Right-Enter keys to give money to teamates.
