http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/I got my last PC from here because they looked pretty good. The machine cost me $1140 (got a E6750, 2GB DDR2-800, 8800GTS 320MB, P5N-E, though this was back in early '07) with a 5% discount, and was well built. They have plenty of options and don't charge much of a premium. As a note of caution, however, I really reccomend you know what you're going to buy before buying it, because there are alot of bad combinations that you can buy as well as the good ones.
I would not bet on that PSU fitting in that Dell if that is what you want to do. Dell has a tendency to make everything proprietary including PSUs with an odd shape and size that forces you to use their replacement parts. Be careful.
