If the Clan = better, IS = Cheaper method is used, won't Clan dominate late in matches, when everyone has a lot of credits?

Not when mechlab is in and all of the IS can afford atlas's geared with absurd weapon configs and the clans can only afford heavys with good weapon configs--we could even go as far as remove all arty options for the clan since they honestly never used it in BT lore.
