Fang Gamepad Config - Anyone using it and have one?

Is there anyone using the FANG Gamepad that has the config for MWLL and able to share it?

Anyone besides me have one of these sitting on a shelf?

I use a Fang gamepad but I dont have it configured. I use the default controls as they are located and I just got used to it like that. I did change grenade toss from "G" to my 4th mouse button.
