SDDS Elevation Data

I have been trying to download elevation data from http://seamless.usgs.gov using IE7. But when I get to the download point IE7 prompts for this download and then the download fails. I am trying to troubleshoot why this is happening. Is it browser based or could it be the website?

Is there anyone here familiar with this website and would have some tips for me?

I fixed it. The problem was in the IE7 settings.
