I dunno, i'm running in DX10 and don't seem to have any problems and actually my game becomes really unstable when i try to run in dx9.  To add to the weirdness, when i'm in 32 bit mode, i get pings in the 200s, in 64bit mode, i'm back down to the 20-30s

Someone suggested (Im not sure myself) that x64 lets crysis use more ram, I might test this theory out, if true, this could seriously effect FPS.

Running Crysis is 64 bit mode will not get you more Frames. Its been bench marked a thousand times, all it does is quickens load times and generally seems to smooth out some of the suttering. I too was expecting a big bump when I switched, on account of having 8 gigs of ram. No difference in FPS, but weirdly it seems... "snappier" if that makes any sense. This makes sense given that there were no optimizations made for the 64 bit version of the game as stated by the Crysis devs.
