I had a motherboard die on my some time ago. So I called asus to RMA my dead one. I filed for RMA the 10 of january. They received my board the 14th, and they are shipping the new one out today 2nd day delivery. I was afraid since everything said null, but I called, and they said it was a server issue. I know they replaced it because the invoice has a different serial number.
I've heard terrible things about Asus RMA, but I haven't had a single problem. It took them all of 3 days to turn it around.
