Had another memorable moment today involving enemies ejecting etc
First one, I'm running around in a Shad A and he's in an Osiris B. Now, my aim was shocking with the mech today, so none of my UAC rounds were connecting, while most of his were. We both got each other into orange and red and he decided to eject. Sick of my already crappy aim, I shut down and jumped out as a BA. He was outside radar range and I smacked him out of mid jump with the PPC. Okay, it happens when you've got reasonable BA experience, but then there was the next one...
Same guy (did I mention we were playing Frostbite?) and we were squared off again, this time I was in a Vulture A and he was in a Shad Prime. He'd hidden behind a hill and went active, poptarting. He surprised me the first time, so I stopped and lined up where he was jumping. He jumped, smacking me again, and my two gauss shots hit him squarely on the right leg, toppling him. He continued to fire from the ground, putting my mech into crimson (he'd surprised me a few times...). I flanked him to a point where he couldn't turn and, realising he was basically done for, ejected to face my anti-BA weapon deficient mech, or so he thought... He ejected and was immediately met with two gauss rounds to the face. I had a little chuckle to myself. All in all, quite a good run!
