simple thing is just ask. I usually do if i am short a couple thousand c-bills, I usually ask when i get Sakhan so i can go out in a Atlas or MCat-MK2, although I usually try to unload my extra cash and most people don't respond for some reason so i have a extra 20k sitting around after my trip to repair at the hanger.

Playing on TLL's public TS3 server, there's always a fun time. Spare cash flys around. I won't say how much the "bank" holds at the end of the game sometimes, but you can come ask us in TS.

My favorite mechs (by order of cost):
- NARC Raven Prime (C3 helps aircraft, locate BAs, and narc heavy mechs and idle partisans)
- PCC Raven (C3, GECM, pulse lasers and pcc for the perfect BA killer. toe to toe it beats any uler)
- Cougar C (C3, Narc, 20 missiles, and two very powerful 800m lasers)
- Vulture Prime (40 missiles, 360 rotation, keep moving in circles waiting for NARCs. if a shadowcat, puma, or BA gets in close, its got pulse lasers to leg em quick)
- Madcat Mk2 Prime (ultimate in poptart, 2CGauss, 20 missiles, and 4 Clan ER Medium Lasers, pop, lasers+guass+lock for missiles, eoptics for plucking BA out of mid-air)

even at the end of the game when i'm GC, SKN, or KN, I will sometimes pull out the NARC raven, and run around at 145 km/h narcing the big mechs. Watching in glee as 100+ missiles pour in over the hill.

Honestly, playing it realistic and repairing and such will not earn you credits quickly, I have found only two strategies to get lots of credits quickly, and I hate them and do not use them but it might work for you

1) Grab a brawler- charge the enemy line, fire gun a bunch. You might not kill anyone, but you might KS someone and get bank, or just injure a bunch of people and level off that. You will die a ton, and leave a lot of points with the opposition and a ton of work for me to do, but you get your precious assault mech quickly. To lose over and over again.

2) Poptart- just like MW4 your black heart can cheat its way to a whole new level.

These I hope would be "in case of emergency break glass" but most players use them like they are going out of style.

3) Tbolt Sulla - just remember to drop Tbolts on the back of enemy mech, not in front. You can earn MadCat2 this way if enemy is too stupid to bring AAs.
