Crysis Wars

So i know MWLL is gonna be transferring to Wars and I just wanna know whats the best route for buying Wars? Is it just packaged with Warhead or can I buy it separate? thank you for any info

To hopefully avoid further confusion and/or misinformation, this is what the Warhead expansion looks like (or looked like back when it just came out, yes I bought it for the full price, sucks to be me).
Warhead (SP expansion) and Wars (MP expansion) in one box, but on seperate DvDs.
It's one expansion with seperate SP and MP parts, not different expansions.

The product Crysis Maximum Edition contains 3 DVDs as follows:

1. Crysis ... this has both Single Player and online Multiplayer on one DVD

2. Crysis Warhead ... this is one DVD with the Single Player continuation of the original Crysis story

3. Crysis Wars ... this is one DVD and is the Multiplayer online game

As of this writing, number 1 above is what is being used now in the MWLL Public Open Beta program. Number 3 is what the MWLL Dev team is moving towards sometime this year.

If you do not currently own Crysis and you want to participate in the current Beta program, your best bet is to buy Crysis Maximum Edition. This will prepare you for now and in the future.

yeah i own crysis now, but i dont own crysis wars. I know 0.4.0 will be on crysis wars so i was going to start looking at prices and was hoping i could get Wars as a standalone.

I have heard that the game is worth to play, but I haven’t try it out yet due to the graphic card I have in my computer. It is toasted recently and I need to get a new one. In fact, I have been ignoring the problem for quite some time now and I guess after I replace it I would have a chance at playing the game. Hopefully the game is good as I am expecting it to be.

Try Steam, they have crazy sales all the time and you might get lucky with a Crysis sale. A couple months ago the maximum edition was on sale for like $10 or $20 or something.

Last I heard, 0.4 will not be based on Wars.

Oh, the port will probably come, but not for 0.4.0

KingLeer made an announcement some time ago that the port would be delayed to sometime after 0.4.0

Toth has been working on the port as well, Leer has stated as much so the port still might be on for 0.4.0 though in delayed fashion.
