I have a Saitek cyborg gold stick. How do i get it to work in this game? in options i see you can configure mouse and key board but not joy stick.
You need to copy the sample actionmap over from documents/example/x52 or something into your profile and then change a few things to get the throttle working and key assignments as you want them. basic stuff if you have followed the joystick threads for the past month. good luck

I have read the 20 page thread on joystick 101 and I am lost. I am not a programmer but have a basic understanding of my system. I have a Logitech 3D Pro and want to get it working with the beta. I have looked at the actionmap file in my profile and have no understanding what I am supposed to add or change.

This counts for all finished actionmaps and joystick.cfg file that fully support a joystick. Please do not use profiling software as it comes with many joysticks nowadays but rather use the appropriate joybut assignment in the actionmaps.XML for independant support of 3rd party software.Cheers guys, all your help is much appreciated to get more joysticks working!SeraphWhere do I find this file?
