MWLL Map Creation Seminar

Attention!

All who are interested in attending a MWLL mapping seminar using the CryENGINE2 SandBox 2 Editor and GeoControl terrain generation software, please see the details below.

Seminar Instructor: Rolke, MWLL Level Designer and Environmental Artist.

When: This Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 8pm EST.

What you will need: An over-riding interest in creating your own worlds for Mechs to stomp around on and do battle !

Please be advised the maximum number of people in the Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro meeting will be 15. This seminar will be conducted on a first come, first serve basis. The meeting will be recorded for viewing at a later time.

Korjax, the start time will be roughly around 8pm EST. It depends on attendance. We will be recording the meeting and then there will be a Q&A session afterwards, if necessary.

I would like to attend this myself. The only reason I would turn into a no show is this week is Bike Week and a last minute requirement for me to be at the track on Thursday comes about. Thank you so much for hosting this meeting.

I think it went very well. Rolke was very informative in teaching GeoControl techniques and then bringing those into the Sandbox 2 editor. The recorded seminar will be made available sometime today. I will post the file download link here.

Sweet.  This will spawn scores of maps I'm sure that soon enough hot dropping onto unknown worlds to do battle with foes won't just be figurative.

I know this is an old topic, but did the video of this ever get posted up? I'm a struggling map maker and more MWLL map creation content, tips, and discussion as opposed to watching plain crysis map making and tips video's would be appreciated.
