Just a couple of questions here. Under the VTOL and Aerospace section I'm trying to swap the pitch up/down. I check the Inverse box for maxis_y but when I try it in game I get no pitch control at all. Is there something else I have to change?

Also, I would like to be able to just use the keyboard for flight controls. Is there a way to do that? I see separate options for pitch up/down and yaw left/right but the roll option seems to be included in one setting, (X) Roll left/right.

- which action do you have maxis_y bound to, is it the (X) pitch up/down or regular one? Because if its the (X) one I think I've noticed crysis doesn't like it getting the inv or raw attributes.

- I'm not sure if in .3.0 they added the digital roll left and right actions to be used by aero/vtol. I'll look into it to see if it works and if so I'll add it for the next update

maxis_y is bound to the regular Pitch up/down for both VTOL and Aero.

I just tried this myself and appears to be bugged as described. invmaxis_y appears to not register properly in-game for the v_rotatepitch action used for VTOL and Aero flight, I've opened a ticket for it

Now that digital roll left/right has been added it works great :)

Only problem now is that pitch up and pitch down doesn't seem to work when bound. I never did try to rebind them with 0.3.0 so I don't know if something has changed with 0.3.1 or if it was always like that.

pitch up/down axis should work, though I have noticed setting inverse to the mouse Y axis causes it to not work. I have already opened a ticket for this on the MWLL side.

I don't have inverse checked at the moment. This is just for the individual pitch up and pitch down bindings in the vtol and aero tabs. I believe the default keys for them are set to R and C. I changed them to numpad 8 and 5 to go along with numpad 4 and 6 for roll left and right.

Maybe I'm missing something. There didn't seem to be any conflicts with any other keys. I unbound all the throttle settings from the numpad.

My mousewheel can tilt left/right, but the actionmapper doesn't support more than 6 mouse buttons, nor does it detect the action. Is there any way to add more buttons (needs 7, 8 I guess) or doesn't Crysis support that in the first place?

I can add more buttons as selections though no guarantee if they will be detected by the library we use for that.  I just happened to pick 6 when I first made it so I can definitely up that.

until then just open the actionmaps file in notepad or something and you can set to higher than 6 there and see if it actually works in game.  Please let me know how that turns out!

Turns out it doesn't work :(
Not even Crysis recognizes these buttons in the settings and they also will not work if hardcoded into the config. btw, I think that mouse5 is the limit - at least that's the highest the ingame key settings manages to detect.

I recall a dev (maybe FlyingDebris) showing off a mouse with like a keypad on it and he got the keys to all work.  Lemme see if I can find the thread....

EDIT: Found it.  Go pester him and see if you can get him to share his secrets.
Played MWLL for Guillermo del Toro.

Try having the mapper autodetect when you press the button.

My question, Does HAT functionality work? I have tried setting my hat to vairous things, but it is not recognized by autodetect (which has worked for every thing else on my stick) Saitek Cyborg X
