can't log into multiplayer

I try to create an account on the multiplayer, and i type in the details, click ok then a message comes up saying crysis is not responding.  Help please, i really want to play this mod but i cant get on.

You'll need to make an account on Gamespy.com first 
If you already have one/ once you create one: create a Crynet account with the exact same name and password
This should get you into the server select screen.

Also check to see if you have cleared cyrsis to go through your firewall if you're running one.

I typed in my username and password, clicked ok, and it crashed.
Then i re-loaded, and before i clicked ok i clicked remember password, that also caused it to crash.

Did you update crysis to 1.21 before installing the mod?
Did you do a clean install of mod version 0.2.0?
Did you CREATE THE GAMESPY ACCOUNT IN BASIC CRYSIS and NOT IN THE MOD?

ill try and reinstall both crysis and the mod, see if that works

it didnt work, still crashes when i press ok on the login screen, or if i try to create another account

hmm, curious . .
uninstall crysis completely, delete everything you can find that has to do with crysis
then install crysis.
then go directly into multiplayer, and then create account under new email adress.
then apply patches and mod and see if it works.
also, manually apply an exception for the crysis stuff to the windows firewall, as that is probably popping up in the background and disrupting everything.

Yes! it works now, thanks for all your help   Also can you change the numbers the weapons are set to?

you can remap the complete keyboard setup.
there's even a new java tool for it in the community created content board.
also, in game, with the arrow keys and the return not on the numpad you can remap only the weapons
