Ok, I absolutely think that MWLL is the Best MOD I have ever played. period.

I enjoy flying in the VTOL's, HOWEVER, I don't get very far before I get blasted out of the sky.

Is there some type of radar jamming feature that could be implemented so someone could play VTOL or JETS
thru the whole match and aquire CBILLS and move forward in rank?

Is this a user error on my part, for example, do I just need to be a better pilot?

 There is a passive radar mode for all vehicles, mechs and aero assets(mapped to "r" by default), which allows you to be less visible on a radar. But there are drawbacks, as you are unable to lock missiles, while in passive, your radar range is reduced and you still could be targeted by enemy missiles, if they have visual on you.

 As for "user error", if you're new to MWLL, I recommend you to look through Pro tips thread. There's also MWLL Wiki, with some detailed information about weapon stats, equipment and mech loadouts.

Three main tips for new VTOL pilots is

1) Stay has high as you can, this keeps you out of range for some weapons, and the ones that can reach you will like RAC2s and MG fire will spread out for decreased damage.
2) Don't hover in one place for too long, you'll just attract gauss bolts flying at you :p
3) Learn out to go full trust while making a hard bank (without crashing of course).  This will help you avoid missiles and evade clustered AA fire.

 And don't forget, that your sides are much less armored than front, so try to keep facing the attacker while evading. That makes you smaller target too.
