Unable to join online games.

try dropping your firewall.
delete your shaders found under your profile mygames/crysis/profiles/NAME
when you run mwll from desktop, run as admin.
when in menu lower specs to low.
click multiplayer
click internet
put in your login info. 
if you don't have a log in for this.. exit.. run crysis, and create a new act while in crysis,  Exit and run MWLL
sort by ping.  update servers.
join the lowest game.

I will assume you have a legit copy with a key,, otherwize your wasting everyones time here.

Ok, on the Shaders part, Im runing xp and I dont see the files you refered to. And THis Is a LEGAL copy  I picked it up from best buy just to play this mod......

deleting the shaders file sometimes helps fix problems..
it just means your system rebuilds the shaders depending on your config graphic settings.

The file you want to delete is My Documents/My Games/Crysis/Shaders/Cache  ....just delete the cache folder. You will need Crysis Wars eventually when the final version of MWLL comes out, but for now you should have the "original" game Crysis patched to 1.2.1. I would definetly check firewall settings and make sure you have exceptions set for gaming.

I really doubt it's the shaders as he's not even able to join normal crysis games.

Flawless1987 are you able to run your own game/server in Crysis (not the Mod)?
e.g. Click on MultiPlayer > Quick Game > Select Game > Start Game > Play or
e.g. Click on MultiPlayer > Internet Game > Create Game > Start Game > Play?
