What would cause not being able to purchase Mechs?

I have freshly reinstalled Crysis on the server, reinstalled the patches and the MWLL mod.

Some reason we are unable to purchase Mechs or VTOLS or Aero's when you try it goes *beep* like you don't have enough money or something. Any clue? Server is running VERY smoothly, and so far is the only problems we are having. Purchasing weapons just fine, plently enough cash for a mech so any ideas?

Is this on a user map or normal map?

if it's on user map u can't buy the "new" mechs, vtols etc.

only on the regular map it is possible
