I'm good to go. The updating of the drivers did the trick...I really suck at the game though...
So did I at first. Try to join into a squad. If you spend 200 hours in a squad, you will get 5000 points.
Team work will help you rank up faster.
Yea, I always join a squad. I think I might be a little rusty...and of course I haven't unlocked anything yet.
I'm an old hat Battlefield player though. I started with 1942, played Vietnam, BF2, and BF2142. As well reviewed as this game is (and the graphics and destructible environments are awesome for sure) I can't help but be a bit disappointed. I definitely see the console gamer influence. Also, no prone position, no jets, and the maps are pretty clausterphobic compared to the vast battlefields of the games I'm used to in this series. Still, I'm sure it'll be fun, but I don't know if it'll keep my attention for the same length of time as, say, BF1942. I played that game for over 2 years! Of course, what game could hope to achieve its epic scope. A
massive number of
huge maps, artillery, cruisers, battleships, submaries, fighters, bombers (hell I remember how charged up just listening to the game's score got me)...obviously many of the aforementioned equipment would be inappropriate for a game set in the modern era. Still, I was hoping BF1943 would reset that old fire...what a f#@king disappointment.
Anyway, I hope to see some of you on the battlefield. It's the teamwork that makes these games go from moderately fun to awesome!
