+1 to higher speed of MadCat and Vulture.
Seriously... when I watched the MW4 intro and after an hour went into MWLL playing Vulture it was like... "why am I piloting an elephant?!"

-1 to higher speed.

Seriously, the Vulture has one of the single greatest assets in the game, 360 degree torso twist.  It doesn't need speed, it can decide its range of engagement with that feature alone.

I would rather see 360 twist or some fire-power removed than snail-like speed. It maybe doesn't harm Vulture played as LRM boat, but it totally destroy fast-heavy brawler role of one variant (and also my dreamed variant)

It would also make any close range varient on the vulture, like the SRM6 varient alot more useful. Same with the Timberwolf.

The problem being that it serves as the Yeoman.  Admittedly, I'd love a close-range version of the Vulture.  The SRM-Carrier is just cheese.  Give me something that is really meant to put up a fight.
Thanks for the view.

I mean not only the Mad Dog or the Timber Wolf are to slow but also IS mechs like the formerly mentioned Thanatos amongst others. So if you're talking about imbalance in the game I'd say simply keep the speed TRO-wise and there won't be to strong imbalances at all.
