Brawler with some teamplay electronic benefits would be right up my alley.  Thanks for that suggestion!

well, I proposed 3 tons so that you could pick 3 possible ways:
1) Full NARC - avoid brawling, pure NARC platform above 300 meters - below 300 meters it can defend itself well, but only for limited time... should be enough to escape towards friendlies or get rid of light mech.
2) Full LBX - you are decent brawler, for long battles you switch to single-LBX fire
3) LBX & SSRM - another decent brawler set
4) LBX & NARC - I guess it'd be most common setup - nice for brawling & staying far away from base.

This way within one config you have few possibilities & you can become VERY good NARC platform.
Why I picked Bushwacker? Cause it's damn huge, so it won't be anything like "impossible-to-kill guy with endless NARCs" - A4s or PPCs/Gauss/UACs/ACs would get rid of it easily (note: all it's weapons but NARC have 300m range)

16 Narcs and 1-2 SRM's or MRM's and I'd could make quite a happy living mid and late game on a light mech.

no mech is "impossible(really anoying) to kill" , it simple a case of some people move into heavy mechs and other stay in lights and run circles around them, want to kill a light narcer grab a fast medium mech problem solved.

Vehicle... yea, this would be great! Something on the list next to APC.

HAARP - Although modifying Bushwacker is FAR FAR FAR easier than adding a new mech. It's like... 10 minutes vs 3 weeks scale. So I'd prefer new variant of current mech to get this one done faster ^_^ (as we REALLY could use nice brawling mech with C3, NARCs and some spare ammo)

Or just make an APC B with Narc's as its weapon.

hey does anyone know if the Narc gernads are actually working? I jumped on a mech and placed it, then some how made it into a abandoned enemy mech and didn't see the narc indicator...... I died shortly afterward.
