As for the trailer:
I first read comments under it at one of portals - it was full of "ohs and ahs" how amazing it is, and how it's the best trailer ever - when I watched it I was not sure if the movie I just saw was the same one people talk about. Sure - it's nice, but it's not epic, great, best, oh, eh, ah, or what so ever in any way.
As for that level:
Hehehe, I was running there like crazy shooting at every blue spark (the guys are easier to kill when cloaked), than hiding in stealth behind the tree... waiting till guys go predator again, and started to run&shoot one more time. It was idiotic, had to reload game about 4 times before passing it, but overall result was that I passed this part quite quickly

As for Crysis:
What amaze me most is that despite of time that passed - very few games compare in graphic realism to Crysis. I have no idea how that happen... this game gives me an impression that progress towards photorealism in games slowed down by quite a lot during last one and a half a year. Well - maybe not in that, but more in the fact that despite of this - games don't get better and better story-wise.
I still remember reading 4-pages long text in largest Polish gaming magazine about that how good graphics killed the storylines of games. It was shortly after Crysis premier, with it given as example of how flat the story is, with famous Nomad dialogs. Than it was about '80s and '90s when progress in game graphics was very slow comparing to 2005+, and when more deep games were made, cause that was the factor that made a difference for players, not the arts. Now we have DX10 which didn't gave any breakthrough comparing to DX9.0c, DX11 is going to come soon, which new feature is barely upgraded bump-mapping, games look just as Crysis did in 2008, and yet - story-wise very little has changed.
Anyway - what's best in Crysis IMHO is the fact that this game deserves more score than it granted in 2008. Perhaps it's not best shooter ever made, but it's really good game, one of very few titles I'd play again amongst shooters, perhaps even: the only shooter I'd play again aside from Half-Life 1. This is amazing. Something what very rarely happen for me. Most of games are fun only first time - than they are disappointing.
