Any possible relation to a player that was accused of shooting through terrain a while back?

Maybe SJ Korbin will come on here and confirm a name.  Perhaps Scanner might ring a bell.

Thanks for the heads up ares!

I already said, I am sorry for any false accusations I may have made.
There's no need to apologize to somebody who cheats to beat you in a game, and then gloats over it in this forum.  If anything, he should be apologizing to you, and everybody else in that game!
Maybe. But I still accused him of using cheat software, which he (probably) didn't. It's a false accusation, something I should apologize for.

Sort of a bump considering it's a few days old, but if my word means anything, HAARP is a good player who does play with a high degree of honor and sportsmanship.  Considering the nature of the game, those of us who play fairly do end up face to face with defeat more often than we'd like.

NSallaNuto: I'm finding it hard to believe that the amount of suicides required to earn that much money could have gone by unnoticed.  From what you said earlier, it was a 4vs2, which means there's not as many opponents to rank up as fast as you claim.  Why doesn't your buddy come on here and defend himself?  From all I can tell, he was exploiting a glitch and/or hacking, and you were in league with him.  Perhaps if you were a bit more mature in your responses to HAARP, and offered a clear, well formulated defense for your buddy, then I might believe you.  However, what you claim in defense already has shredded any respect I may have had for you, and while I enjoy fighting honorably and fairly with my opponents, don't expect me, or anybody else on this forum to want you in their unit.

Regardless of the fact whether your buddy was glitching or not, you freely admit to exploiting a part of the game that the devs told you not to.  Worse, you didn't just exploit it, you EXPLOITED it possibly to the maximum extent possible.  Congratulations on winning the game because of your exploitation of a glitch!  What did you accomplish exactly?  You're not benefiting yourself or others, you aren't getting logged on a system, or winning any prizes.  The only thing you accomplished is your own satisfaction of winning a game, and you and your buddy had to cheat to do it.  There are no ways to describe how pathetic that truly is, and I want to congratulate you as well on being the kind of player that's degrading every online game today.  Perhaps you should stick with computer solitaire.  You can cheat on that all you want, but your kind should be barred from playing online altogether until you grow up and start acting like an adult.

HAARP: Thanks for keeping your eyes out.  Regardless of whether this guy hacked or not, it was proven right here on this page that he and his teammate were cheating, and I think every server should ban both of them as soon as they're capable to do it.  Hacking/Glitching/Exploiting game mechanics all fall under cheating to me, and the punishment should be the same regardless of circumstances.

Well, just to prove my point: one donation at the start and you don't even have to die, you go out in BA. One/two rounds of kills and then you are in an Atlas. Note the ranks, I just joined the game.

Of course I deserve banning, because *he* suicided one time..., for just playing and try to defend a friend from a wrong accusation. I definitely need to grow up...

So what you're saying is the fact that he committed suicide only 1 time means it's perfectly fine?  Perhaps I was wrong saying that you majorly exploited it, but regardless, you still worked together to bring an advantage you would not otherwise have.

That's like a criminal saying that he only robbed (1) place.

Lol, *I* kept feeding him money and kept using smaller mechs, and he *did* suicide, do you really stay with the eyes on the game log 100% of time?

You keep making accusations, face it, you just had a bad game.

I know, it is hard to lose a game that way after trying to gangbang 4 vs 2 for almost an hour. But don't worry, after sleeping on it you will feel better.

These responses directed at HAARP clearly show your maturity level in the matter, so yes, I still think you need to grow up.  HAARP was very non-hostile, concise, and detailed in his descriptions of what he saw that day, and you treat him like a child having a fit.

He was mainly plain wrong, and making unfounded accusations "he received no donations". A lie written in a polite way is still a lie. And I stop here, feel free to go ahead with this.

I'll chime in my last .02 cents, because we could possibly resolve this better through PM, and not on the open forum.

HAARP wouldn't fabricate a lie just because he's PO'd about losing a game.  From his viewpoint, the scenario is fishy, to say the least.  Considering enemy donations don't show up on his own screen, coupled with the possibility that suicides may not always be displayed/missed, I can see how it would appear you guys had a seemingly indefinite supply of money.

From your viewpoint, HAARP was pissed off at losing the game, and therefore fabricated a lie to get Scanner banned.  This is unlike him in every way possible, considering he plays for fun, and not always to win.  Perhaps you should do the same.
