First of all, there's
MWLL Wiki with lots of useful articles(link to some guides are posted on it's front page) as well as default keymap. Second, read the
Pro tips thread, some advices there are very useful. As for crysis version, you must have Crysis(not 2 or warhead) patched to version 1.21
before installing MWLL. And I recomment installing
CCC after that to improve performance and overall image quality.
I'm not sure what you meant by second question, but if it was concern about number of players, I assure you there are 2-3 populate servers every day.
MWLL can be launched in exotic resolutions, and some people here are already using 2 or 3 monitor setup to play. Read through this threads to find out more:

There are many threads on this forum about joystick set up, try to search them if you have some exotic hardware(judging by photos you have; Nice cockpit, BTW), but as main tool of controls customization, I recomment CapperDeluxe's
Actionmapper. It's easy to use and can automate most operations with actionmaps.xml.
