I would already be satisfied if my damn weapon groups would stick in the first place :P

Not being able to chain fire when assigning different weapon groups to different buttons. Haven't chain fired since second week after beta 0.1 release :'(
this is want i do :
Group 1  move the weapons you want to chain mouse button 1  ...
i normally run group fire group 1
i switch to chain for BA /aero/ if i getting hot with PPCs, laser's

group 2  is my mouse button 2 ...
group 3 is my mouse button 3 ...

so every new mech = Pain in a$$  have to swap all weapons around !

What? Am I hearing this right: Move all the weapons you want to chain fire to mouse 1 so you can chain fire those with the "fire current weapon group" command on mouse 1?

I don't want that. I want, when I press chain fire, for whatever weapons group I fire to chain fire. For example:
My action maps are set to: Mouse1 - Group1, Mouse2 - Group2, Mouse4 - Group3, Mouse5 - Group4

So. I like my ballistics on mouse2 and my lasers usually on mouse1 with few exceptions. If I wanted to fire my lasers chained your way would work, however if an aero flys by and I want my AC2s to go chain fire, I can't really do much.

I don't know if it is possible but I would love to be able to chain fire any group without sacrificing my current setup and go back to firing one group at a time.

Surprisingly, MW4 get this right. There was possible to switch chainfire independently for every weapon group, so that you can have all your lasers in group one and LRMs in group 3 to chainfire, while MGs in group 2 could be fired all at once. This was very convenient so I hope independent chainfire settings for every weapon group would be implemented in MWLL someday. Not really a first priority, I know, but still a good feature to have... ::)

For all the hate I give MW4 for some of its features, the one they did do an excellent job with was the controls/user interface. MW4, if nothing else, was very playable and manageable.
