Sounds good, the 5770 is a damn good card for the price.  Hope you enjoy your upgrade  ;)

Also, you might want to look into mild overclocking to get more performance; ATI cards don't OC as well as Nvidia cards, but every little bit helps.

Yeah, we'll see.  The guy personally recommended NVidia's, but I thought I'd give ATI a shot.  It's gonna be a HUGE difference to my 9400 GT  ::)  So I'm sure I'll enjoy it very much, thank you  ;D

when it comes to audio over HDMI ATI is the ONLY choice right now. Up from 5770 (I believe - could be 5750 too) the ATI cards provide the "protected audio path" over HDMI, which none of the nVidia cards have.
